RubRocks Return Policy
Our products are created by nature, and can vary slightly in color and texture. If for any reason, you are dissatisfied please contact us and we will make arrangements to issue a RMA and have you ship products back, and issue a refund less all shipping and handling.
There is a 20% restocking fee and no returns will be accepted without a RMA.
DVD's and Manuals are not refundable. They will be replaced if damaged.
